Service Overview** RORR enables esports fans to directly support teams and players through real-time donations, quizzes, Cheerful cards, and interactive overlays, accessible via our web app and Chrome extension. --- ## **2. Eligibility** You must be: - At least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in the EU/UK). - Authorized to accept these Terms in your country. Minors under 18 must have parental consent. --- ## **3. You are responsible for all actions under your account. --- ## **4. Donations, Energy, and Refunds** ### **4.1 Donations & Energy Usage** - Donations and Energy usage are **voluntary and final once used.** - Teams generally receive **70% of the donation**, with the remainder covering fees. - We are not responsible for how teams use donations. ### **4.2 Recharge Refunds** - You may request a refund **if the purchased Energy remains fully unused.** - If **any amount of Energy has been used** for a donation, Cheerful, or any paid feature, the entire balance becomes **non-refundable.** Example: Recharge 10,000 Energy → Use 100 → Remaining 9,900 Energy is non-refundable. ### **4.3 Unauthorized Transactions** Report suspected fraud at [support@piepie.co](mailto:support@piepie.co). Verified fraud may be refunded. ### **4.4 Refund Processing** Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. --- ## **5. Virtual Goods & Content** All sales of digital goods (e.g., stickers, boosters, Cheerful cards) are final after delivery, except for technical defects. --- ## **6. Community Guidelines** ### **6.1 Respectful Conduct** - Be kind to players, teams, and other fans. - No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks. - No spam or abusive content. ### **6.2 Fair Play & Integrity** - No cheating, fraud, or disruptive behavior. - Keep your content esports-relevant. ### **6.3 Moderation & Reporting** We may suspend or remove accounts violating these rules.
